        • Every item in our shop is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
        • In the event of incomplete payment, our store will not proceed with the purchasing/retention of goods.
        • Please verify the delivery address attentively, our store is not liable for lost packages.
        • Pre-order items are not guaranteed; if the item is out-of-stock, we will promptly contact you for a refund.
        • All pricing and conditions in our store are subject to modification without prior notification.
        • In case of a dispute, our store retains the authority to make the ultimate decision
          📢*Shipping arrangements*
          • All products are dispatched from Japan within 1-2 working days post order cutoff (except for pre-ordered items)
          • Products will reach Hong Kong within 7-21 days from shipment in Japan (Urgent orders not accepted)
          • All orders will be dispatched upon arrival in Hong Kong. No face to face deliveries will be accommodated.
          • All items can be stored in our warehouse for 30 days with no additional fee. Items not retrieved within 30 days will be re-sold without notice.
          • If you notify us in advance that you will be late to pick up the goods, there will be a storage fee of $10hkd per day.
